That's the menu for this week. My hope is that this will help you be able to know what your student did in PE and allow you to continue to strengthen their knowledge of the things they are learning. Thanks for taking the time to read this blog post. Have a great week!
This blog will be a way for you to know what is happening in PE each week. I will do my best to keep it updated every week and provide pictures/video if possible. For the first week in PE we will be discussing the expectations I have for each student in the gym. Expectations: 1. Treat others as you would like to be treated with respect 2. Show sportsmanship whether winning or losing 3. Freeze mouth, body, and eyes when you hear the whistle 4. Always do your best, no matter what the situation 5. Always listen and follow directions. Those are the 5 basic expectations that we will be discussing this first week as well as a class focus and individual focus. The class focus is teamwork which is to be positive to each other and encourage one another. The individual focus is making good choices. Getting students to see that they can control what they choose to do and thinking about what they do. That is the primary focus of this week. We will be doing some of the warm up activities as well as a tag game working their spatial and body awareness. Thank you for taking the time to read this blog and I hope it proves to be useful in the future.
